SALES OF ADMISSION FORMS FOR REMEDIAL SCIENCES PROGRAMME FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Remedial Science Programme of the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. The candidates must possess at least a minimum of 3 'O' LEVEL Credits in WASC/SSCE/NECO/GCE results or its equivalent in the following subjects: Mathematics or Further Mathematics, English Language, Chemistry, Physics and either Biology, Agricultural Science, or Geography to be eligible for admission.

The Remedial Programme is strictly for Science Students who want to study the following programmes:

1. MBBS (Medicine & Surgery)
2. Pharm.D. Pharmacy
3. B.NSc. Nursing Science
4. B.MLS. Medical Laboratory Science
5. B.Sc. Public Health & Epidemiology
6. B.Sc. Biochemistry
7. B.Sc. Microbiology
8. B.Sc. Computer Science
9. B.Sc. Chemistry
10. B.Sc. Biological Science
11. B.Sc. Medical Physics
12. B.Sc. Biostatistics
13. B.Sc. Mathematics

In addition to remedying deficiencies, the 2025/2026 FUHSO Remedial Sciences programme will:

• Conduct JAMB/UTME clinic to enable candidates be well prepared through intensive teaching/coaching from Monday to Friday for the 2026/2027 JAMB/UTME examination.
• Prepare candidates through Nine (9) months of intensive teaching and laboratory exercises to make them better fit for relevant 100 Level Degree programmes in FUHSO.

Placement into FUHSO Degree programmes will be automatic for those who participate in the Remedial Sciences Programme, provided they successfully complete the programme and:

1. Interested applicants are required to pay the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000) non-refundable fee for application through Remita in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (Service/Purpose: Student Charges);
2. Forward the evidence of payment to fuhsoremedial@gmail.com;
3. A registration link will be sent to your email;
4. Fill the online registration form, attach credentials and proof of payment; and
5. Verify and click submit button to complete the registration.

Duration of Sale

The sale of application forms commenced from Thursday 9th October to Sunday 30th November, 2025.
